Teach For Kenya is building a leadership force for the country who will catalyse systemic change in their communities to ensure that every Kenyan child is able to access a decent education and is equipped to design a successful future for themselves.

Who is Eligible to Apply

Teach For Kenya is looking for promising leaders with a commitment to championing social justice. To be eligible, you must be a Kenyan citizen, hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from any field of study, and be below the age of 35.

The Recruitment and Selection Process

Stage 1
Application Registration

At this stage we review your background information and check for eligibility.

Stage 2
Online Assessment

You will receive an email with an online assessment link that includes a critical thinking test and essay questions.

Stage 3
In-Person Assessment

You will then be invited to the Teach For Kenya in - person Assessment Centre.
